The licence granted to you to use GEEK meet club is non-transferable.
Though GEEK meet club functions in close association with your social media provider at no time will you be contracting with us to provide social media services and you will be responsible for contracting with your social media provider and other than GEEK meet club functioning “as is” we take no part in the relationship between you and your social media provider. Any disputes you may have with your social media provider contacted through GEEK meet club must be dealt with between yourselves directly and by your continued use of GEEK meet club you agree to use GEEK meet club on this basis.
The term “our” or “us” or “we” refers to GEEK meet club located at 127 Addington Road, CR2 8LH. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Site is owned by GEEK meet club and you are permitted to use the Site in accordance with these terms only. You may not use the Service in a country where its use is deemed illegal. Further you agree that any use of the Service by you in breach of intellectual property rights as a result of your use of your machine will be a breach of these terms.
GEEK meet club functions by using your personal data, which may include sensitive personal data, which you provide upon registration. Further details of how we process your personal data are set out in our privacy policy. By requesting membership you are agreeing to this processing. The information we hold may be updated each time you use the Service.
You are responsible for any data you send through or to the Service. We will hold you liable for any misuse made of the Site using your registration details.
You acknowledge that we may undertake appropriate vetting procedures on your application for membership and also take into account changes to your social media profile as your membership continues. Our decision will be based on the information you provide.

We want to emphasize that we do not carry out official identification verifications. Hence, it is essential for you to remain vigilant. The operation of the Site on possible matching or guidance of any kind is for general facilitation services and general information purposes only. Such opinions or guidance is not supplied as formal advice of any kind and no reliance should be placed on it. Any reliance you do place on the opinions or information supplied during introductions is strictly at your own risk. You acknowledge that the information supplied during introductions may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any messages or information you send to others, whether through the Site or directly as a result of use of the Service, must not be offensive, illegal, defamatory, obscene, breach another’s privacy, be intended to cause harm to others, attempt to impersonate another or attempt fraudulent activities. You warrant that you have the right to any material or content that you post.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if any material sent by you is, in our sole opinion, in breach of these terms or potentially detrimental to the reputation of GEEK meet dating . We reserve the right to filter and monitor and block messages sent by you within these terms for the purposes of ensuring the protection of third parties.
We accept no responsibility for the nature, content or availability of messages sent to you by those who you connect with on the Site. In the event you wish to complain about a message sent to you by another through the Service you should do so as soon as possible using the “Report” function.
Downloading or reproduction of any material or messages from the Site is permitted solely in a manner for your own personal use to download or review the content at times convenient to you.

Our app strictly prohibits any content or behavior that involves, promotes, or depicts child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

Any user found to be engaging in, promoting, or distributing CSAE content or activities will face immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to cooperate fully with legal investigations.
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, particularly minors. We actively monitor our platform to prevent CSAE and work with law enforcement and child protection organizations to address violations.
Access to the Site does not confer upon you any licence or right to use any of the logos, brands, trademarks or other material protected by intellectual property rights of ours or others appearing on the Site in any form or manner. All reproduction and use for any other purposes (including commercial use) is prohibited.

We do not do criminal background checks and do not verify users’ Facebook and LinkedIn profiles and any content they post on the Site.
If you agree with another user to continue corresponding outside the Site or to meet offline, then you do so at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you take all reasonable precautions to satisfy yourself of your safety in agreeing to such a meeting. To the fullest extent permitted by law we do not take responsibility for the use or misuse by others of any personal information that you disclose on the Service. You agree to refrain from sending confidential information through Site including financial information. We have no control over who will read your messages beyond the proper functioning of the Site and, while we take measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that the information you provide to the Service will always be secure.
Your activities should be fair and legal
You must not attack or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, alter the functionality of the Site whether by crawling, scraping, hacking attempts, the uploading of viruses, denial of service attacks or other; nor are you permitted to attempt to access data or parts of the Service not intended for you or log into a server or an account that you are not authorized to access.

Charges for the Services are by monthly recurring subscription fees as advertised on the Site. When you sign up to our subscription your payments will be taken via Paypal or other payment method used at our discretion from time to time. Monthly payments will be charged to you automatically in advance for that month unless we receive notification of termination at least 48 hours prior to the due date of the monthly payment.
We reserve the right to provide advertising services on the Site to others whether by links, ads or otherwise. You acknowledge that this advertising is made by third parties and contacting such advertisers is entirely at your own risk and you acknowledge that we have no liability for the content or manner of such advertising or material obtained through such links.
You have the right to cancel your initial subscription to the Service with a full refund of the fee paid for that membership within 14 days from the day on which that subscription first commences. We will refund you with the amount you originally paid for membership within 14 days from the date we received notice of cancellation. If you have used the Service during the time prior to you cancelling the Service under these terms, then we reserve the right not to refund your subscription on a pro rata basis.
We reserve the right to exclude you or de-register you with immediate effect and on reasonable notice to bring an action against you in a court of competent jurisdiction if, in our sole opinion, you are in breach of the terms of use of the Service. Unauthorised use of the Service may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. We reserve the right to seek compensation from you for any charges or liabilities we may incur as a result of your being in breach of these terms.
You may terminate your membership of the Service at any time subject to your obligation to pay us the monthly charges as set out herein. Note that we will keep a limited set of information about you as detailed in our privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by law the software, content and services of the Site are provided to you “as is” without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied with regard to but not limited to their quality, reliability, compatibility, security, performance, purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. You agree to assume all risks of using Old Style Dating, its function and service and not to hold us responsible for any damages, losses or harm tangible or intangible including but not limited to compensatory, consequential punitive, incidental or lawyer’s fees arising from the use of the software its function and service or the content of the Service.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Every effort is made to keep the Site up and running smoothly, however i) access is permitted for a temporary period only and we maintain the right to withdraw or modify the Service at any time ii) we will not be liable for the Site being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control or iii) we will not be liable for the actions of third parties against the correct function of the Site.
We make no attempt to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation but in all other cases limit our liability under these terms to the cost of your membership.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, us and/or our associates, subsidiaries, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensees, business partners and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees resulting from i) any breach by you of any of these terms ii) your use of third party content iii) content posted by you iv) your reliance on content supplied by us.
If any of the terms or parts of the terms are illegal or unenforceable it does not affect or invalidate the other terms.
We reserve the right to vary any of the terms of this Agreement and ask you to check it regularly. You are deemed to have agreed to the changes if you continue to use the Service after the update has been posted. If you do not agree to the change you may then forthwith terminate your registration. We shall be entitled to assign or sub-contract obligations under this Agreement. No delay by us to enforce our rights will affect our right to bring action against you for breach of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be subject to English law. Any dispute relating to it shall be dealt with exclusively in the English courts.

If/when you choose to leave us this will delete your profile, matches and chat history with immediate effect. If information has been provided to third parties as specified in this privacy policy data retention will be determined by their policies.
